Answer Hello. Given that you have already had a successful pregnancy, you should be able to conceive. However you are probably not ovulating, due to the PCOS and no periods. You will probably want to see a reproductive endocrinologist or talk to your ob/gyn about correcting this issue. Without ovulating normally, you would not be able to conceive. Good luck.
