HELLO I AM JUST TRYING TO GET SOME ADVICE I HAVE POLYSISTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME WHICH HAVE STOPPED MY PERIODS I WEIGH ABOUT 238LBS N.B I AM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT DO YOU THINK THAT I HAVE A CHANCE OF CONCIEVING NATUALLY P.S I ALREADY HAVE A 3 YEAR OLD

Hello.  Given that you have already had a successful pregnancy, you should be able to conceive.  However you are probably not ovulating, due to the PCOS and no periods.  You will probably want to see a reproductive endocrinologist or talk to your ob/gyn about correcting this issue.  Without ovulating normally, you would not be able to conceive.  Good luck.
