There is no specific timeline from quitting smoking to donation of eggs. It will be up to the specific clinic and/or donor agency. You'll have to inquire with them.
Yes, FDA donor requirements do not allow anyone to participate as a donor if they have had a tattoo within 12 months. Again, your clinic or donor agency can give you the specific requirements.
