Answer Hello Kayla from the U.S.,
I'm afraid that I cannot answer your question, because I cannot foresee the future. I wish that I could :) Your main problem is that you are not ovulating on a regular basis. Without ovulation, the egg is not released from the ovary. If there is not egg, there is no pregnancy. Your best option would be to see a fertility specialist who can put you on a medication to stimulate your ovary to ovulate. Then you should have a good chance of getting pregnant. The folic acid and multivitamin are good. I can't comment regarding the herb because I have never heard of it, and don't know anything about it. None of these will make you more likely to get pregnant, however.
Sincerely,
