Question Hi, I was diagnosed with pcos 3 years ago and successfully conceived my daughter who is now 2. my husband and i are trying for baby #2. i used femara 2.5 two times a day and had a follicle that measured 2 cm on friday and my dr. gave me a hcg injection to help me ovulate. my ovulation predictor showed that i either ovulated sat. or sun. i was just wondering if i would have a good chance of being pregnant if we had intercourse friday, sat., and sunday. i have a really good feeling about it but i tend to worry a lot so was just wondering if i would have a good chance of becoming pregnant. any help would be greatly appreciated.
thank you
Answer Hello Cherisse from the U.S.,
The protocol I prefer is for patients to have intercourse every day, once per day, only one ejaculation per episode for a four day period starting the day after HCG. So in your case, if you had HCG on Friday, you should have had intercourse on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
