Question sir,i am 23 years old.i want to know that is there any way to
improve sperm count.if yes, then plz say.and is there any fruit or
vegetable have to improve sperm count.thanks
Answer Hello Ashish from India,
There are no diets that can improve sperm counts, and whether or not the medications I will recommend will help or not depends on how bad the sperm count is, and what the primary problem is.
If the sperm count is 10-20 million, the following will usually help to increase the number closer to normal, and increase the chances of pregnancy. If it is less than 10 million, they will not help.
1. Clomiphene 50 mg per day. (prescription drug)
2. Proxeed or Fertility Blend three times per day (order via internet)
You'll have to be on these for 90 days to see if it works or not because sperm production is in 90 day cycles.
Sincerely,
