Hello Doctor, i got my semen analysis done and following were the results:
Total progressive: 28%
Non progressive: 04%
Immotile: 68%
Total motility: 32%
Rapid progressive: 0%
Slow progressive: 28%
Normal Forms: 3%
Head defects: 56%
Mid peice & neck defects: 19%
tail defects: 04%
multiple defects: 18%

My wife's reports are all normal. We are unable to conceive since an year and half. Can you please guide us what to do next? How best are our chances of conceiving naturally?

Hello West wind from India,

You do not give a COUNT in your report but your motility is abnormal and the morphology is borderline.  IUI (intrauterine insemination) would be an option if you have a count that is at least 10 million.  If less than 10 million, then you might want to consider IVF with ICSI.

Good Luck,
