I am a 24 year old male that was hooking up with a woman with pcos. She told me she was not taking the pill because she didn't like it and therefore did not get her period. She also told me she could not get pregnant. So in my stupid state I inserted my penis in her vagina, not fully, for about 5 seconds or so. I do not believe that I came but I may have had pre ejaculate on my penis. Is there any chance that she could be pregnant. she told me she can't and that she does not get her period if she doesn't take the pill. I have serious anxiety so I am hoping for good news. Thanks in advance

Hello Brad from the U.S. (New Jersey),

PCOS women do get pregnant spontaneously from time to time.  They are not sterile.  The key is whether or not they ovulated in the cycle and that is not predictable since the cycles are irregular.  You'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Good Luck,
