Infertility/Fertility/Day 17 post et bleeding after hcg of 2954

Hi Dr,
Iam on day 17 after fet and my bhcg done on day 15 was 2954. Today started to have cramps and bright blood stains after wiping also notice to have some very small clots.on crinonegel, duphastone baby aspirin and endogest. Pls help me. Thank you

I would recommend that you look to my blog for more information on bleeding after embryo transfer where I talk about this more extensively that I can here.

This may not necessarily be a bad sign but at the same time, can be indicating an abnormal pregnancy and thus an impending miscarriage.  There is no way to know at this point.  I would recommend that the bHCG continue to be followed and an ultrasound done to evaluate.  This is something that your doctor should be evaluating you for and advising you.  If he/she is not, then find a better doctor!

allGood Luck,
