Question Hi this has become a new concept to me. I was looking for alternatives to pay for law school and someone informed me of this way to make a positive difference and earn some money. How is the best way to go about this in NY and is there any physical pain involved. I want to stay completely anonymous, so I don't want to privately advertise.

I am in Texas so I do not know if the agencies in NY. But, I can almost assure you that you can find them by looking online as they pretty much all have websites. There is some physical discomfort, even before the procedure.
