good day. im ivy, i have 3 kids already, and now im trying to concive. first, im on depo shot for 'bout 1 and half years and decided to stop, my last shot was january of 2006, i went to my ob to induced my bleeding i took provera this june to treat secondary amenorrhea, no bleeding at all and all my blood examination (prolactin,testostorone, lh, thyroid etc..)came out normal. My first clomiphene citrate started july 15, i completed the treatment. I had a spotting(august 22-24)for 3 days, breast tenderness, pigmented around my nipples. i took my HPT but it came out negative. And now, i was very confused. is this a sign of early pregnancy? am I pregnant? Please help

You should have a more sensitive test done by your doctor, as home tests can sometimes be inaccurate.  Alternatively, the medications you took can sometimes make someone feel pregnant when they are not.

Consider seeing a board certified reproductive endocrinologist, as an RE specializes in both hormone imbalances and infertility.
