Question
i have been off the depo shot now for 10months i an not using any form of birth control and i have been trying to get pregnant. i would like to know if i should try clomid to get my ovulation going. i have read it can take up to 18month for ovulation to return from the shot.
IF the hormones from the Depo Provera shot are still in your system, then Clomid won't usually work. If you're concerned about your fertility, consider seeing a qualified fertility specialist to discuss this. You can also discuss "preconception counseling", to hear things you should do BEFORE you're pregnant (like taking folic acid, eating right, etc.).
