Question
I was working in LnT infotech...embedded syatems ,mumbai
i had a bond of 2lacs for 2 yrs.I got married after 1.5 yrs and left the company.At the time of joining HR told my frds that case of marraige is considered.But all of a sudden they started asking me money when i told them abt my marraige.so i left the company n came to USA.but now they sent 5 lawyer notices to pay money to my guaranters ...my mom n brother.I dont know whether they will file a case.I didnt give any resignation letter till now.i was very unsatisfied with work.and in another division of LnT infotech marraige was considered.Please help me what should i doooooo.Pls reply as soon as possible.Its very urgent.

Dear Sanchi Hello,

From your question it seems that you have not yet put up your resignation in that case you are still on the roll of the company so there is no case of breaking the bond..

But it is better to consult a lawyer about the notice that has been sent to you.
