Question REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) – OPENROAD DEVELOPER (June 2006)
The purpose of this request is to solicit resumes from individuals capable of providing High Level qualified OPENROAD Software Development. We are asking to provide quotations on qualified OPENROAD developers for consideration. The initial contract will end March 31, 2007. Our client will at there discretion extend this work but reserves the right to award future phases of related work to the successful proponent(s). The developer is expected to work Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada under the direction of the Information Technology Branch of the Department of Family Services and Housing.
The applications are developed using the CA-OPENROAD 4.1 Development Environment running on Windows XP workstations. The database is Ingres 2.6 running on a Linux server accessed through SQL.

I'am actualy leaving CA France to act as a freelance. I've already done many Openroad dev and migration (for CA customers) but unfortunatly I'am not able to work outside france (I do not want to be too far of my childrens), but it's look so interesting for me to study your offer.
What I can do for you is talking about your offer to other ressources I know.
