Question
Ive herd lots of things about the dark carnival being a religion.. I have also herd it isnt, its a family, Im confused.. can u clear all of this up for me?

Answer
Well, ima try to explain this the best i can.  So if you have any questions after this feel free to ask away :)

ok, Juggalos are ONE BIG FAMILY. A disfuntional one, but a family none the less.  I was at this years Gathering Of The Juggalos, and I've never seen such love.  Honestly.  I saw ppl helping ppl like i never thought could happen.  Hell i even let some kid sleep in my car *he was a juggalo*  just because he went there and had no place to stay.  Now we're like the best of friends and talk everyday.

As far as the Dark Carnival being a religion.  Here are my thoughts on it. If you listen to all of the cds that ICP has put out, and really put some thought into what ICP is saying on them, there are some very strong references to all things biblical.  I mean you're really gonna hafta look past all of the "chicken huntin" and things like that.  It's not really like the D.C. is its OWN religion, its more like it follows Christianity very heavily.  As far as the shangri-la (heaven), The Great Milenko (the devil), and things of that nature, all stand for different aspects of the Bible.  I dunno, im kinda babbling here, so perhaps if i refer you to a web page you'll understand more.  try http://www.churchofthedarkcarnival.com
That page will explain a lot, and the ppl there can explain the "religion" part of ur question.

i hope i helped at least a little bit.  but like i said if i confused ya at all, let me know :)
