Hello, Cars101 sold me a car with fraudulent docs...when I didn't pay all the car up front a month later...they said I had to come back and rewrite the contract..docs showing my loan with fireside bank...but they didn't get the financing kept running credit...never cashed my monthly payments...wouldn't register the car..and repo'd the car last week from me during a DMV investigation... allstate won't take the claim because there is no police report... the Santa Barbara City Police Dept say it was a repo..i said it isn't because i never missed a payment... what do i do?

Hi Colleen-
This isn't my area of expertise, but there should be a State of California division that handles consumer affairs.  Since they never cashed your check, it sounds to me like they couldn't find a bank to take the loan.  Sounds like you were able to drive the vehicle for a time without paying anything, if I understand it.  You may have to start over with another company to purchase a car, but do not take the vehicle until the financing is complete.  Hope this helps.  :) Denise
