Insurance Law - intersection accident.

Question
Hello, I was wondering if you could give me an advice whether I should hire a lawyer for this accident.
I was exitting from a high way, and trying to turn left. As I was entering the intersection, the signal light turned yellow.
I turned left anyways, but while I was doing that, a car from my left, which did not enter the intersection, went straight forward and hit my driver's side front and rear doors. So this means that I was in the intersection when there was a red light, and I got hit by a car which went straight after seeing a green light. The other car hit my car instead of my car hitting the other.
Is there a possibility that I can prove the other driver is at fault?

Answer
Hi Ken-
If you can get a witness to attest that the other driver had a red light and hit you, then you would be considered not at fault.  Otherwise, it sounds to me like you didn't take enough caution and care.  Depending on the timing, it sounds like you should have stopped instead of going forward on the yellow.  Sorry I can't be of more help. :) Denise
