Bom dia Rene,

I am interested in importing clothing goods to Brazil from the UK and was looking for some advice.

I would like to send the goods from the uk to a business partner in Brazil, rather than to another company. How can I find out about the legal requirements for me to do this? I understand that I would need to register at SECEX and the REI as well, correct?

Would we need to register as a company? Or as individuals?

How can I find out what level of import duty we will need to pay?
We are new to the import/export area so any advice on where I can look to conduct all the necessary reseach would be very much appreciated. I am keen to ensure we have covered all the necessary legal requirements before we start our business.
