Question
Dear Carl, we started a small toy business. It has a small presence outside the U.S.  We'd like to expand that presence. We have many contacts through out the world and want to contact them to help. We do not want to hire any employees. What type of arrangement would you recommend? Sincerely Richard Schlueter

Answer
what you need is a plan otherwise you won't get further. You need a business plan based on real market research. That will take 3 month to do. You can with right business plan have a shortcut into the market. But you have to be prepared to invest that means hire a professional like me to do it for you. I have founded more that 150 companies using my skills and ex[erience
Let me know if you want to do it at your earliest convenience
Thank you

Expertise

Business start ups in Europe, especially in Norway, Denmark, Germany and Great Britain. How to prepare yourself for a successful introduction of your product/concept. How to build up the right marketing strategy and how implement it successfully. Only question for Western Europe and generally only for the b2b area. No direct questions about customs rates, but I can inform how to achieve that information. You can ask your questions either in English, German or Danish. If you need my help as a professional, you can contact me: kjweddum@googlemail.com I may even be able to assist you on a no win no fee basis.

Experience

I have been working since 1987 as an international business developer and project manager in high tech business build ups from scratch in Germany, Great Britain and in Scandinavia. E.g. from 2003 till 2006 more than 150 people founded their own company in Germany with my active support! I have been an independent EU Business Consultant since 1997 and can practice what I preach, which is unusual for a business consultant. Based on that fact I have just helped the first small business enterprise in the UK to successfully making its breakthrough in Germany after only 12 month sales and marketing effort.
