though im not a real expert on these kind of issues i will try to help you.
anything can be addictive if you let be so. its up to you to not go to this site if you feel its inpacting on your normal lifestyle.
there is nothing wrong with the occassional visit as a lot of people do this but the problem is that you feel you are getting addicted to it and that is what you have to stop.
when you feel the need to click on the site. think of something else to do. the longer you stay away the easier it will get. the temptation will aways be there, you just have to resist it.
only you can make the change, if you truely want the change.
