Question Hello Mahendra - I have a small call center. I call prospects and qualify
them on the phone then pass them along to my client, a debt settlement
company. I want to be able to enter a prospect's information on a web page/
form then have the debt company able to access it. Is there a web site that
provides this service? What should I be looking for on Google?

Anything like sugar CRM will do.
SugarCRM comes in hosted and installable version also. It is opensource software. www.sugarcrm.com
