Question
I have an EMERSON SWITCHBOARD. The problem I am having is if I operate the unit with a 9volt battery I am able to turn the unit on or off. If I oprate the unit with AC power supply the     unit is always on no matter where the on off switch is. Please advise on a fix, or I appreciate if a schematic diagram is available. Thanks, hopinng to hear from you soon.

Answer
Hi Albert,

It seems like it is fault with this unit. It is supposed to work with AC power, because battery is not supplied with unit.

However these as seen on TV products should be last option to buy. Most of them do not have manufacturers site or any manual on internet to download.

Please get it replaced if it is still under warranty.

I hope it helps.

Thanks
Mahendra
