Question
Hello Mahendra, the problem that i am having is downloading from the net. Before there was no problem with downloading, but now i am unable to download anything i cannot even get a connection to the content which i am trying to download. i have tryed changing my modem which is a speed touch 330, and i have tryed changing the filter which connects to the modem, and still no change,(which has now been replaced back to the original modem, and filter). i have contacted my internet service provider, and they say that there is nothing wrong with my internet connection. i have also checked my internet options, and they are ok, and i have also disconnected my firewall which is by nortons, and still no change. i do not know what to do, and am thinking of getting rid of my p.c because of it. i hope that you can help me. best regards Marlon.

Answer
Hi,

Do two things:

1. Download a good antivirus : avast antivirus home edition which is free from avast site.
2. Download spybot search & destroy.

Scan your system well.

I think your system is infected with some virus or something like that.

I hope it helps.
Thanks
Mahendra
