Question Hi Scott,
I have a condo that has wifi in a common area, but I have to hold my computer off an 11th floor balony to stay connected in the unit. I think wind would destroy a reflector, but is there a weather resistent booster I can put on the wall of the balcony to boost the signal into the unit so wifi would work inside?
Answer There are repeaters, though I don't know of any that would be outdoor quality. I would suggest contacting the major manufacturers like Linksys, Netgear, Belkin and D-Link to see if they have a repeater that can be mounted in an outside wall.
