Question The videos I watch on You Tube start and stop instead of playing smoothly. This was not a problem until recently - but it is getting worse. I have tried suggestions from the Help section at the site. Nothing has helped. Can you do anything for me? Many thanks in advance for trying.
Answer Hi, thanks for your question. This is a common problem that we all experience from time to time and could be related to your internet connection or a particularly 'traffic-clogged' time for the YouTube server.
To watch videos smoothly, press the pause button at the bottom of the video window and wait until the video has fully loaded before pressing the play button again. It may mean a wait of a minute or two, but that's far less frustrating than having it stop and start like that.
