ANSWER: I've never heard of them, Its possible theny were fooled by this company to or they just don't check their advertisers very well.

Answer Nope. The are no cell phone directories period. People only give out their cell numbers to people they want to call them. The cell phone carriers do not put oot a directory and do not sell their lists.
By the way, There are millions of Internet sites to exepct anyone to know even a large proportion of them is expecting way too much. Being an expert in "Internet for Beginners" does not require an encyclopedic knowledge of what web sites exists, but a knowledge of how to find things on the Net.
