How can I lock my notebook computer so that kids cannot use it (and access the internet)? Thanks.

What OS do you have?
I use Windows XP.

You can set up users on your your computer - Start - Control Panel - Users. Here you can create an account that you can only let your kids have access to select program on your computer. And then you would have an Admin account so you could stil do everything
