Question
corey hi! sorry for late response to you last email.
my news...before i contacted you i had contacted the melbpc members helpline which stated 'gone fishing over the hols. back in the new year'! i simply left my id number and,out of the blue, as your most email arrived the help line called me!
i tell you what they suggested that i did...  simply download another browser, the suggestion was firefox! as none of the club members had been able to download email using internet explorer! it worked and i'm now back in buisiness.
i must tell you that melbpc is the biggest of its kind in the world 'again'! for years it was the largest then was knocked into the 2nd spot by a usa similar club and has now stepped up again.      i tell this as a matter of interest!
thank you for your curtesy and promptness
happy new year. mike

Answer
Well that really does not fix your problem though.  Usually the suggestions I gave you will fix IE.  There is also a repair function on IE.  You might try that.

To get there - Go to Start - Control Panel - Add / Remove Programs - Locate Microsoft Internet Explorer & choose remove.  Now you will get a choice to repair it.

Always make sure that you have your system up to date & your virus checker on.  If you do not have one, http://housecall.trendmicro.com - and you can scan your computer for free there.
