Hi John,

Thank you for the answer to my other question, it helped.  I have one more question.  I find very often on my computer when I put in a URL or try to respond to an email a black and white print page comes up that sayes "The page cannot be displayed"  I type in the same page on my husband's computer and it will come up as desired, what is wrong with my computer to make it keep doing that?

There are a number of reasons to get that "page cannot be displayed" message.  The server could be overwhelmed with too many people trying to access the page.  Could be a typo in the web address, it could be blocked on your computer.  There are a number of solutions.  Try going back later and visiting the page and/or hitting refresh.
