| Comment | Thanks very much for replying to my request for help. I did what you suggested and found the fault on my system information on the computer, it turned out when the computer went in for repair to the shop that sold it to me that a new modem had to be sorted out for me a more faster modem as it worked out, and also they had to sort out these things called ram sticks which there were two installed in the computer and they were causing havoc, I cannot thank you enough as a person like me not up on the faults of computers are so totally baffled and I am very grateful for your help. | ||
