I wonder if there´s a website exclusively aimed to the folks who want to review and rate music CD releases, pop, rap, whatever. You know, a source where I could read lots of reviews of non-specialized people on various titles.

Hello, Heitor.  I am not sure what your music tastes are but there are many sites.  Here are a few you can try: www.music-critic.com, www.jazzreview.com, www.all-reviews.com/music.htm, www.godsofmusic.com.
