Hi there shafath,
The website closed down on December 1st, 2007. The site creator was unable to maintain the site due to real life getting in the way. There's a rumor floating around that the guy creating it had to shut it down to legal reasons. I can't verify the rumor so we may never know without more input from the creator.
The site creator did specify that since he was finishing college that he would no longer have time to continue updating or creating the game, and he took it offline.
There was again another rumor of someone else taking over the site, but that has yet to materialize even months later, and most people have come to the realization that it's simply not going to come back and is gone.
Sadly that's the life of online games, here today and gone tomorrow at times.
