Question I used to be able to play high stakes poker or any card game & texas holdem, but now I cannot enter a room or table. Please tell me WHY, this has been making me go nuts, lol.
Answer Hi Phil,
I had this trouble for a while, too. There are two reasons why you may or may not be able to access the rooms in Pogo.
1. You have a pop-up blocker installed. If you do, you can easily access the rooms by pressing and holding the control key when clicking on a room name or clicking join at a table. Once you've clicked you can let go of the control key.
2. You may need to install an application called Sun Java. Without this program the games will not run. You can easily download their program by going to www.java.com and clicking on the free download button in the top right corner of the site.
