Question I just reinstalled my Window XP. I tried to watch a product review video on www.cnet.com but noting came up after I click the play button. Before the re-installation, I used to be able to watch review videos without any problem. Do you know what happened or which software is needed to view these videos

Answer It's not clear from your question whether you are unable to view the flash animation in your browser or a particular file format (avi /mov / mp4 etc.)could you send me a link of the site /pages you are unable to view correctly ?
You could also upgrade the version of Windows Media Player - to the latest.
If its just flash animation that you are unable to see then you will need the flash plugin for your browser.
