Question
Hello Expert!
Two days ago one of my family members went on our router's ip address site 192.168.2.1. and they clicked reset router among other things (not sure exacly what)... Now our wireless network doesn't work at all. We use Trednet's TEW452BRP wireless router with windows XP. Can u help us? For connectivity is just says "limited or no connectivity"
If you go on properties for LAN it says the sent info is good but receiving is 0.
Do you think you know how might we fix this?
Also it shows no ip address.. might be the problem?

Answer
Open your web browser and type the IP address of the TEW-452BRP in the address bar. The default IP address is 192.168.1.1. At the login, enter your username (admin) and password (admin).

Click on “Tools” on the left hand side and then click on “Settings” at the top of the page.

To save a configuration file click on the “Save” button. It will prompt you to save the file. The default name of the file is “config.bin”.
Click on “Browse” under the “Load Settings” field to load a previously saved configuration file. Locate and select the previously saved “config.bin” file and click on “Load”.

You could also re-configure your router by resetting it to factory settings (procedure is described at:

A word of caution: Read the user manual and any other documentation provided to you before attempting any of the above

The web site also offers some assistance and knowledge base articles. You can find some FAQs at
