Expert: Ryan Stewart - 10/2/2009

Question
Hello, I'm currently trying to decide what antivirus I should get, and I would like some help deciding. What I require:

Fast scanning
FREE!!! Paid-for programs are just too expensive.
Lightweight
High detection
lots of customization

What I could also use:
Antispyware, Anti-rootkit, firewall capabilities all in one
Network protection

Thanks in advance for your for your help.

Answer
Dylan,
I need a bit more info so I can provide you with the best recommendation: Which operating system(s) are you currently running? What's the processor speed and how much RAM (memory) do you have in your computer? Which, if any, network protection programs/utilities are you currently using?

Let me know as soon as you get a chance.
