Internet/Network Security - M.S. Exchange Issue

Expert: Denis Mello - 11/3/2009

Question
Hello:

I know you are not going to tell me how to do this even if you do know but maybe you can point me in the right direction.  I recently was hired by an IT company working out in the field repairing PC's basic networks etc.  Tomorrow morning they want me to go to a site that has about 7 or 8 users and they are running M.S. Exchange.  The problem is that nobody at the site remembers the Administrator password.  Do you know of any "work-arounds" or at least point me in the right direction as to how I can fix this issue?

Thank You,

Answer
Not so sure. Why I wouldn't tell you?
There are some tools intended to recover the password. You can install them on the server, run and see if you get it.

Try getting the cracked version.
Before doing that, perform the steps descrided here: http://www.petri.co.il/reset_domain_admin_password_in_windows_server_2003_ad.htm

I guess it will help to solve the problem.
Sorry for the delay. Hope you get it!

Vinny!
