Question I've been having a problem with my computer for a few days now. The virus scans all come back clean. But, when I log out of my yahoo email account all the screens on my computer go black. I use firefox and usually if there's a problem it will tell you that it shut abruptly and if you'd like to restore your previous screen. It doesnt ask when this happens. Also the right mouse button has stopped working at the same time but, only in the firefox or internet explorer screen it works everywhere else on the computer. Do you why this is happening and if they're related?
Answer From your query it is not clear as to what the problem could be. Could you answer the following questions, so as to make things a bit more clear ?
What anti-virus are you using ? Is it updated with the latest definitions ?
Does the screen go blank only after you logout of your yahoo email account ? Have you tried using other browsers (like Opera / Safari/Internet Explorer ) ?
Is your Windows Operating System updated with the latest service pack (SP3) and all the updates and hotfixes ?
