Question My computer will not open any applications. The only thing that will open is internet explorer. Nothing will download. And sometimes when I leave my cursor sit it will click on whatever it's over and I know that I'm not doing it.
Is there any advice comments or solutions you can offer?

Answer Backup your important data. Format your computer and re-install Windows and other applications. This is a rather extreme step, but looking at the symptoms on your computer, i'd recommend that you follow the procedure - to avoid repeated virus infection.
Also do not forget to install and update a good anti-virus & firewall. Zone-Alarm is a good choice.
