Internet/Network Security/Network security and file shredding

Question
Hi,
are there any freeware programs that don't come loaded with adware that will shred previously deleted files, and any software that will detect unauthorized users on your wifi, kick them off and block them?

Thanks so much

Answer
For Windows, take a look here:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897443.aspx

To use it to remove previously deleted files run it with the -c option to clean free space.  Or, restore the file(s) from trash and delete it (them).

Usage:
sdelete [-p passes] [-s] [-q] < file or directory> ...
sdelete [-p passes] [-z|-c] [drive letter] ...
-a   Remove Read-Only attribute.
-c   Clean free space.
-p N   N defaults to 1 but can be any positive integer
-q   Don't print errors (Quiet).
-s or -r   Recurse subdirectories.
-z   Zero free space (good for virtual disk optimization).

I doubt there is an application that does what you ask, with respect to wifi.  If an app could do what you ask, it would be used as a filter that prevented the given users from connecting in the first place.  Most routers have a place where you can set Ethernet addresses (MAC IDs).  These are used to permit access when the MAC ID matches a permitted value.
