I have no idea, that is a very unusal problem. It might be a fear or some sort of phobia. Have you ever been hurt by a foreign girl once? Or did someone in your life ever tell you bad things about foreign girls before so you wouldn't date them? Something must have triggered this problem or it could be just a mental issue. The only way to get over it is to just go out with a foreign girl. It may be hard but it might be the only way or you could surround yourself with forgeien friends so you'll be used to them more.
