Well it might be best if you just asked her if she wanted to hang out sometime. That way even if you do get mixed signals from her, and if she says she never liked you, then you can just say you wanted to hang out as friends. But ask her if she would like to hang out someday and see a movie or whatever. That's all you have to say.
