Is there a crime dating someone not the same color as you?

Sorry I took a while to reply.  I do not know what country you are from, so I can't answer your question with 100% confidence. Certainly in USA, Australia, NZ, Europe and most countries in the world it is not a crime to date or to marry someone of another race.  Some countries had laws against inter-racial relationships years ago, but most such laws have been abolished.

In many countries there are pressures from religious groups to stop inter-faith relationships, but that is a subject for a different expert.
