I'm a married woman to a black man. I'm attending college. I have to write a persuadive arguement paper and I wrote on interracial relationships and why I think they are ok. now I have to write one on the opposite view and I'm having problems with it. I don't have to agree with it just get some understanding from it and I don't have a clue what to write. I was wondering if there is some infornmation you could contribute to help me in this paper. if I need one source that I got my info from. any help would be greatly appreicated.

Well I really wouldn't know since I give advice on interracial relationships and am not educated on the topic of these types of things. There's not much I can tell you but here's some stuff... first of all be realistic. Many minorities do not do as well as white americans and parents may feel that if a person ends up with a minority that person will have a higher liklihood of being with a person who does bad things like drugs, have a prison record, etc. Another possible reason could be cultural differences. For example a white christain and a hindu indian may clash and just may be better off not having And of course to prevent family conflicts is another reason. So those are a few you could write on. Just keep doing your research I'm sure you'll find something. Good luck with your essay and I hope you get an A
