Answer
Hi...

I'm MS. expert : )

It sounds to me like you really are holding onto false hopes right now.

I think in general that when women say they have a boyfriend, they usually do...and I say 'usually' because there have been instances where they say that just to keep from hurting the feelings of a nice guy like you.. but I still think she's telling the truth.

I don't think she likes you in a romantic way, but I do think she likes you in a friendly way ...because that's what you asked for when you found out she had a boyfriend.

I think that it is important for you to know your boundaries  ...if you asked to be friends, then be the best friend you possibly can be.

If you push too hard to be in a romantic relationship with her, you might make her work environment and the girl herself very uncomfortable...and you don't want that.

My advice would be to be friends with her and be supportive in any way you can- without smothering or crowding her. Perhaps she may come to think of you in a romantic way over time and realize she really does like you; it's  happened in the past to other people!

Good Luck with everything!
