Sloth bear vs lion- The lion would win. Lions arent as experienced as fighting bears as tigers are, but they still stand good chances against a 250 lb sloth bear. Lions are said to be excellent feline fighters. The lion is around 400 lbs, and has a killing bite. Sloth bears are very aggressive and have those dangerous long claws, but they are lightly built , nor as powerful as other bears, have very weak bites.

Bobcat vs Pitbull- The pitbull. It could easily toss a 40 lb cat around. The bobcats claws wont deter the pitbull at all.

Sun bear vs Mountain Gorilla- A large gorilla is nearly 5 times the size of a sun bear would win quite handily. The gorilla would have no trouble grabbing the sun bear and strangling it to death.

I can help with interspecies conflict questions regarding carnivorous vertebrate animals. Also I can answer questions regarding ecological role of various mammals. You can also ask me questions about tigers and their current situation in tiger reserves. No questions about domestic animals please. I am only an expert with wild mammals.

I'm currently studing animal biology. I've been researching 'Interspecies conflict' from a long time. I've read alot of books on wildlife, also I've been visiting a native zoological park from quite a few years to study the behaviour of animals there.
