Answer Hi, Sameer
Jaguar vs Black bear: It's a very good question. Although black bears are not as aggressive and large as their brown cousins, they still have incredible strength. The jaguar on the other hand (Panthera pardus), has immense power as well, much more than any big cat of the same size. And it's better armed and more ferocious than the bear. I believe some of the largest jaguars (and the largest males at about 150 kilograms) would have good chances, whereas smaller ones (at or below 90 kilograms) would have trouble handling the bear.
I've recieved the grizzly bear vs polar baet matchup quite an amount of times now, you might want to check past answers. Although I'll answer it this time none the less. Now, today I believe if these two bears were to face, the largest grizzly bears from the Coastal Alaskan region which weigh about 850 pounds, would have good chances defeating the Artic bear as they are overall more bulky and likely stronger at the same size. This is because polar bear are much smaller today than they were decades ago due to global warming. Of course, when polar bears were much larger than they were today (exceeding half a ton) they would probably have the advantage.
Siberian tiger vs American bison: tigers have adapted overtime with the right weaponry and anatomy to bring down such massive prey as the bison single-handedly. I would bet on the tiger, although a herd of bison would make the cat think twice before attempting to bring one down. Of course, a bison calf would be easy prey for an adult tiger.
I've already answered the sloth bear vs leopard question. Although to keep it short the sloth bear would have the advantage because of its great size advantage, fierceness, and formidable claws. The leopard would put up a good match, but it would do better if it could ambush.
Asiatic lion vs Caspian tiger: it would be the same as with any lion vs tiger question at similar size. These two animals are too alike. The simple answer is that it would depend on the individual animals.
