Leopard vs Cape buffalo: sometimes even whole prides of lions fail to bring down a cape buffalo, I doubt a leopard would be able to bring down an adult. Leopards are smart enough to stay to stay away from such powerful prey, however.
I'm sorry I can't answer your second question, bulls aren't wild animals so I'm no expert with them.
Hippo vs American alligator: an American alligator has an extremely powerful jaw and can use it to rip most prey animals apart. But not the hippo, they can handle most Nile crocs (which are larger, stronger, and more aggressive than American alligators) by simply displaying their tusks. The hippo would win.
Gorilla vs Boa constrictor: I have a hard time seeing this fight, although I believe the largest constrictors would win, although the smaller boa constrictors would probably be at a disadvantage.
Gorilla vs Brown hyena: a gorilla is larger, stronger and has more weapons than a brown hyena. I believe a lone hyena would be at a disadvantage.
