Sabertooth tiger vs Grizzly Bear face to face?

The sabertooth tiger was so well armed, and had two large canines that can produce a fatal bite to the grizzly bear. Grizzly bears are very strong and dominant, armed with big paws and powerful claws. A male Grizzly Bear/Brown Bear can weigh up to 1500 lbs and is too large for one sabertooth tiger to handle.

Sabertooth tiger vs Polar bear face to face?

The Polar bear would overwhelm the sabertooth tiger in a face to face fight. Polar bears are excellent hunters like short faced bears, and are perfectly designed to hunt down large prey.

Sabertooth tiger vs Black Bear?

The sabertooth tiger would win against a black bear, but the black bear would be a lot aggressive.

American Lion vs Grizzly Bear?

Unlike the smilidon, the american lion can easily bite its enemy, had longer forelimbs, and was a lot faster. The american lion can kill the grizzly bear in an ambush, but not in a face to face fight.

Sabertooth tiger vs Grizzly Bear?

Same above, except that the sabertooth tiger has a very hard time biting, although its bite would be very deadly.

American Lion vs Grizzly Bear: I am able to imagine the american lion win, but not without brutal injuries. The grizzly bear is not only very muscular, but is also well armed, strong built, and fast.

Sabertooth tiger vs Black bear: It varies on which sabertooth tiger. The smallest or equal sized sabertooth tigers are going to be overwhelmed by a full grown black bear, as the black bear is going to be more durable.

american lion vs grizzly bear: Siberian tigers have killed grizzly bears in ambushes as well as their brute strength. So, the much larger american lion has the advantage. I would not favor a modern day lion over a grizzly bear as they are not large and strong enough.

american lion vs polar bear: I would not say an american lion can kill a polar bear without taking brutal injuries. Polar bears are full massive big carnivores while being better armed than other species of bears.

polar bear vs sabertooth tiger: The sabertooth's big sabers gave it a huge advantage to kill the polar bear than the polar bear would kill it with its claws. But size difference is too much. 900 lbs vs 1300 lbs.

grizzly bear vs sabertooth tiger: Sabertooth tiger wins 80 percent of time. Being as big, having big sabers, a full carnivore, and much bigger than a siberian tiger, it is no kidding.

The american lion would be able to kill an average grizzly bear in an ambush. But lacking the hunting abilities and built like a tiger, it may struggle to get a good hold of the grizzly bear. Head on head, as grizzly bears are powerful fighters and very strong robust bears, the american lion would be torn apart.

Polar bears are nowhere as aggressive nor strong as grizzly bears, and are not as powerfully built as them. It would struggle in a fight, but the american lion is not powerful enough to bring down the much bigger polar bear. I cant say who wins over here.

Smilodon vs Grizzly bear- Smilodon would actually have trouble with the grizzly bear. Its sabres were powerful, but were fragile and were only used for killing animals much much larger than themselves rather than equal sized ones. Grizzly bears also weigh as much as smilodons did on average. The grizzly bear would have no trouble killing the smilodon with its powerful fighting skills and brute strength.

Just a few Opinions

Cave Lion vs Grizzly bear- The extinct cave lion was roughly the size of a grizzly bear, with adult males weighing up to 800 lbs. At equal weights, the lion should win. Far more agile, more dangerous bite, and far more predatory.

Cave Lion vs Polar bear- The polar bear is much bigger than the cave lion, and should win because of this.

Sabretooth tiger vs Grizzly bear- A sabretooth tiger would beat a grizzly bear, but polar bear stands more of chance due to bigger size. It was very powerful and was far more robust built than modern dan cats. A sink of those sabres could immediately kill both bears.
