Interviewing Tips/interview

which types of common scene question ask in interview?
Kindly reply

Questions that may be useful in an interview:

1.  Why is this position available?  (Is it an existing position, if so, did the previous employee get promoted or move on? this will be telling of turnover and if they promote from within...or...if it is a new position...why was it created?)

2. What is the management style/philosophy of the company?  (This will allow you to determine if they expect you to operate as a self-starter that will have more autonomy or if the role is more regulated with defined boundaries for accomplishment.)

3. How quickly do you expect to fill this position?  (This will give you the timeline of when they will want to have position complete and engaged.)

4. What type of training is provided and what measures are in place to ensure success?  (This will allow you to determine if they have defined training to ensure your success or if they just expect you to learn as you go which may not be the most advantageous for success.)

5. How does your company evaluate expectations and benchmarks?  (This will tell you how they monitor your progress and you can determine if this will fit with your ability to achieve the expected goals.)

These are just a few questions you may choose to ask during your interview.  Do research on the company prior to your interview and dress accordingly.  Good luck!  Denise Anne Taylor
