Question Hi Penny my name is Terrie and I have gone with a marketing company I have a patent pending on my design.I have the website up and they provided me with a mailing list. I have mailed and e-mailed until I have no more places to go. I have called and left messages and still no returns. Where can I go from here. I was told that I cant deal with companies and mfg from out of the country. I have been at this for going on 7 months now. Thank you for your time.

What state is the invention marketing company in that you have "gone with?"
What they forgot to tell you was that those mass mailings to addresses will get no one anywhere fast. Business is NOT conducted that way. Did they guarantee all those addresses have a prior licensing track record? Nope. Did they produce evidence of those companies financial records to partner in the first place? Nope.
